We have selected 4 official hotels for which we will provide shuttle service between the hotel and the Sportenum sport hall.

Each delegation has to make its own reservation directly with its selected hotel and use the code “Badminton Tournament” to get a special rate.

TO USE THE SCHUTTEL BUS

 

TRANSPORTATION

Officiel point of arrival : Train station Saint-Louis or EuroAirport Bâle-Mulhouse.

Transportation is provided for the Yonex 3 Borders including  transfert (arrival & departure) between the Hotel and the EuroAirport or Saint Louis train station and a SHUTTLE SERVICE just from friday to Sunday between your Hotel and the Sportenum hall.

In 2025 this transport service will be free of charge, but it may become chargeable in the future.

Departing from Adagio Hotel Saint Louis, Hotel Ibis 10 minutes later FROM FRIDAY TO SUNDAY:

   • Starting at 7:40, every 20 minutes,
   • From 9:00 to 12:00, every 30 minutes,
   • From 12:00 to 22:00, every hour.

The same schedules departing from B&B HOTELS Hesingue. Departing from Sportenum to Hotels (Adagio–Ibis-B&B) Saint Louis 10 minutes prior.

For Umpires, a shuttle will be available every day at 8:15 from the Villa K (Saint-Louis).

 

TO BENEFIT

To benefit from the transfer / tournament shuttle service, you must book your hotel stay in one of the four  hotels selected to accommodate players for this competition.

You shall provide the information necessary for organizing for your transfers and tournament shuttle service by filling in the form available at the following link BOOKING (under Booking /Bus Shuttles). Please get ready to provide date, time and place of arrival, number of players and flight or train number.

Deadline to booking the Bus Shuttles : May 15th, 2025

TO NOTE

If you miss the deadline for your booking the shuttle service will be available upon payment of a 20 € fee per player at the tournament registration desk.

Kindly note that in any case, our shuttle service does not cover other hotels than the 4 official hotels listed on the website.

TRAVEL INFORMATION

The 3 Border International Junior will take place in Saint-Louis F-68300 ; Sportenum is the sport hall welcoming the tournament and is located Allée des sports 

The nearest airport is the Basel-Mulhouse EuroAirport which is at 7 min from the sport hall.

The nearest train station Saint-Louis is 5 min from the Sport hall.

TO BOOKING SHUTTLE BUS

MEALS

A catering service will be in place at the Sportenum which will offer a choice of warm and cold sport meals as well as snacks and beverages during the entire day at a decent price. A full list will be accessible at our web site before the event.
The catering service will start on Thursday May 29th 2025 until Sunday June 2nd midday.

 

PAYEMENT METHOD AT THE CATERING SERVICE

All players and coaches will receive an ID at their arrival which will also serve as payment card for all food and beverage taken at the catering service. This card has to be preloaded in euros before usage. Not used credit will be refunded in cash only at the end of the tournament. It is possible to order preloaded cards with a defined amount (e.g. 20 euros) for each member of your team with the travel/hotel form. The payment has to be made before the first use of the cards.

Be aware that in Saint-Louis the restaurants are closed after 9:00 p.m. and the same week-end a big events are also in the town.

The invoice for the meals must be paid directly before living the tournament .

The Yonex 3 Borders International is a competition organised by the V3F – Volant des 3 Frontières, a club located in 5 communes: Attenschwiller, Hésingue, Oltingue, Saint-Louis and Village-Neuf.

This tournament started in 2017 and after 2 editions it was put on hold to be relaunched in 2022.

The Yonex 3 Borders International is part of the official Badminton Europe Junior Circuit 2025 organized by Badminton Europe.
