We have selected 3 official hotels for which we will provide shuttle service between the hotel and the Sportenum sport hall.
Each delegation has to make its own reservation directly with its selected hotel and use the code “Badminton Tournament” to get a special rate.
TO USE THE SCHUTTEL BUS
TRANSPORTATION
Officiel point of arrival : Train station Saint-Louis or EuroAirport Bâle-Mulhouse.
Transportation is provided for the 3BIJ including transfert (arrival & departure) between the Hotel and the EuroAirport or Saint Louis train station and a SHUTTLE SERVICE between your Hotel and the Sportenum hall.
In 2024 this transport service will be free of charge, but it may become chargeable in the future.
During the tournament shuttles will be available from 7:30 a.m. every half hour
Departing from :
• Adagio Appart Hotel Blotzheim
• Adagio Hotel Saint-Louis
• IBIS Hotel Saint-Louis 10 minutes later
until 10 a.m., after which the shuttles will be available every hour
A special shuttle will pick up the referees every morning at 8:15 am at the Hotel Mercure Blotzheim.
TO BENEFIT
To benefit from the transfer / tournament shuttle service, you must book your hotel stay in one of the four hotels selected to accommodate players for this competition.
You shall provide the information necessary for organizing for your transfers and tournament shuttle service by filling in the form available at the following link BOOKING (under Booking /Bus Shuttles). Please get ready to provide date, time and place of arrival, number of players and flight or train number.
Deadline to booking the Bus Shuttles : May 15th, 2024
TO NOTE
If you miss the deadline for your booking the shuttle service will be available upon payment of a 20 € fee per player at the tournament registration desk.
Kindly note that in any case, our shuttle service does not cover other hotels than the 4 official hotels listed on the website.
TRAVEL INFORMATION
The 3 Border International Junior will take place in Saint-Louis F-68300 ; Sportenum is the sport hall welcoming the tournament and is located Allée des sports
The nearest airport is the Basel-Mulhouse EuroAirport which is at 7 min from the sport hall.
The nearest train station Saint-Louis is 5 min from the Sport hall.
MEALS
A catering service will be in place at the Sportenum which will offer a choice of warm and cold sport meals as well as snacks and beverages during the entire day at a decent price. A full list will be accessible at our web site before the event.
The catering service will start on Thursday May 30th 2024 until Sunday June 2nd midday.
PAYEMENT METHOD AT THE CATERING SERVICE
All players and coaches will receive an ID at their arrival which will also serve as payment card for all food and beverage taken at the catering service. This card has to be preloaded in euros before usage. Not used credit will be refunded in cash only at the end of the tournament. It is possible to order preloaded cards with a defined amount (e.g. 20 euros) for each member of your team with the travel/hotel form. The payment has to be made before the first use of the cards.
EATING FOR DINNER
Friday May, 31th and Saturday June, 1st dinners will be organized in a room next to the Sportenum at a price of 16 Euros / person /dinner. You must reserve the dinners at Booking on this website before the May 2th and you will pay afterward on site
You can dinner directly in the Sportenum the Friday and the Saturday evening.
THURDAY EVENING
Opening of the snack shop with warm and cold sandwiches, bread specialties, and pasta salads.
FRIDAY EVENING
– soup and salad buffet (carrots, celery, green salad, ham and smoked sausages)
– pasta with different sauces (bolognese, mushroom or cheese)
– Greek yogurt with fruits
SATURDAY EVENING
– soup and salad buffet (carrots, celery, green salad, ham and smoked sausages)
– sliced chicken breasts with rice and mushroom sauce
– caramel or chocolate cream
Be aware that in Saint-Louis the restaurants are closed after 9:00 p.m. and the same week-end a big events are also in the town.
invoicing
The invoice for the meals must be paid directly before living the tournament .
The Yonex 3 Borders International is a competition organised by the V3F – Volant des 3 Frontières, a club located in 5 communes: Attenschwiller, Hésingue, Oltingue, Saint-Louis and Village-Neuf.
This tournament started in 2017 and after 2 editions it was put on hold to be relaunched in 2022.

The Yonex 3 Borders International is part of the official Badminton Europe Junior Circuit 2024 organized by Badminton Europe.
